Jeff Manera has been helping his subscribers realize their financial goals through market-beating profitable stock and options recommendations for over a decade.

After fruitful careers in the real estate and medical administration fields and launching/operating several small businesses, Jeff decided to drop his other ventures in the mid-1990's and pursue his passion of trading stocks and options.

In 1998, after several years of trading his own accounts full time and earning a ton of real-life trading experience, and armed with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance, Jeff accepted the position of Senior Financial Analyst and Associate Editor for Undiscovered Stocks and its sister publication Undiscovered Tech Stocks, widely-read stock-picking newsletters published by Weiss Research. He continued in that capacity for the next six years. During that time, Undiscovered Stocks accumulated an average annual return of 27%, with a low-risk, long-only, diversified portfolio -- consistently and soundly beating the markets with less overall risk. His focus was then, as it is now, on a smartly diversified portfolio of investments with explosive growth potential.

Over that same time period, Jeff also served double-duty as Associate Editor and Chief Trader for several other dynamic short-term trading services he helped brainstorm and launch focusing on the explosive growth industries of the time such as emerging tech and biotechnology, including Blazing Hot Tech Stocks and Red-Hot Options Hotline. He was also frequently involved in the investment strategizing on an ongoing and meaningful basis with the firm's money management arm and ratings divisions.

Following that, Jeff went out on his own and offered his services to others in the industry, providing portfolio management advisory services, as well as hedge fund and broker-dealer consulting. During this period, Jeff managed the personal portfolios for a number of NFL Miami Dolphin players, as well as spearheading the creation and launch of a diversified hedge fund.

For the next four years (2004 to late 2007), Jeff accepted the position of Executive Editor for Superstock Investor, the well known stock picking newsletter with a focus on picking takeover candidates and special situations. Jeff's Superstock Investor portfolio was conservative and consisted of U.S. stocks, international positions, hedging, currency and ETF positions.

Jeff gave his subscribers a steady stream of takeover candidates - many of which were eventually taken over handing substantial gains to his subscribers. And he soundly beat the markets each year -- again -- with a ton of triple-digit returns. For example, his subscribers picked up a 462% total gain in ONEOK, a 200% gain in American States Water, 137% on Midway Games and 199% in Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment. And those were just trading the shares, not using the amazing leverage of options! So it's no surprise that more than a few of his Superstock Investor subscribers included big money managers who used the newsletter's portfolio as a template for managing their client's funds.

In 2004, while still Executive Editor and calling all the shots for Superstock Investor, Jeff launched PowerHouse Options to provide his followers with a high-octane way to trade, using the powerful leverage of options.
